Alakazam (Evolution Communication Campaign 1999)

About this card

You got one by posting a Kadabra to Media Factory between November 1998 and the end of the following April, with a Bill's PC card enclosed, and waiting for the evolution to come back by return. Japanese collectors call the five cards of that campaign the Masaki promos, after the Japanese name of the trainer on the card you had to give up. Shin-ichi Yoshida stands Alakazam on a violet ground flecked with light, both spoons raised, and Trans Damage discards all of its own Energy in order to move every damage counter it is carrying onto the Defending Pokemon.
