About this card
Two cards in a row, two different regulation letters: the Pikachu V at 001 prints E and this Poké Ball at 002 prints D, because a reprint keeps the letter of the card it comes from instead of taking the letter of the box it is sold in. Gold covers the whole surface, so the ball is picked out by its embossed lines rather than by any colour, and the anniversary seal takes the corner an illustration would normally have. The card works only half the time, since it wants a coin to land heads before it will fetch a Pokémon out of the deck.
