Dratini (Donald Duck)

About this card

Inside a stone arch, Mitsuhiro Arita has Dratini surging out of the water toward the viewer with its tail flicking up behind, and through the mouth of the tunnel there is daylight, a bank and a lamp post. The delta species mark beside the name is what makes it a Lightning Pokemon, which is why a Dragon type here attacks with Thunder Wave. The promo print gives itself away twice: a silver ex Delta Species stamp in the corner of the picture, and a collector code ending 66N where booster copies end UGF.
