About this card
ONE PIECE CARD THE BEST, the first Premium Booster, brought this Manga Rare of Shanks back in Japan on July 27, 2024, as one of nine earlier Super Parallels it reprinted alongside a new manga-art Nami. The reprint uses the same art: Shanks laughing with his cape flung over his shoulders, a sword hilt at his hip and manga panels glowing pink and blue behind him. Japanese Premium Booster packs hold ten cards, and on this one the SEC symbol stays while the Rush and attack text is printed in Japanese. When he attacks, opposing Blockers with 2000 power or less cannot step in.
