About this card
Portgas.D.Ace grins sidelong with one arm thrust out, palm flat, drawn in black ink and gray wash, while his fire tears around him in thick crimson brushstrokes, the only color in the drawing. Anderson keeps the beads at his throat and the muscles of his arm in sharp, scratchy detail against a pale ground. This alternate art of the red Leader of Pillars of Strength, the set that introduced Special Cards, ranks among its most sought-after cards. Whenever Ace attacks or is attacked, each Event or Stage you trash from your hand adds 1000 power for the battle.
