About this card
Nefeltari Vivi thrusts a fist into the sky, laughing through tears, her long blue hair loose over a white dress and a fringed purple cape. Around the edges, figures seen from behind raise their arms too, each marked with an X, echoed by a huge pale blue X across the sky. Phima painted this alternate art for Kingdoms of Intrigue, the set themed on the Alabasta and Dressrosa arcs, and it is one of the set's most sought-after cards. Vivi herself cannot attack, but once per turn, resting two DON!! draws a card and gives one of your Characters Rush.
