About this card

Shanks throws his head back, red hair falling past the scars over his eye, his right arm flung high and a black cloak hanging from his shoulders over an open white shirt. A saber with a gold hilt rides at his hip over rose-printed trousers. Behind him the manga pages turn a cool blue, and one balloon calls out Divine Departure. Emperors in the New World gave a Manga Rare to each of the New Four Emperors, the first time a set held four of them. While Shanks is on the field, opposing Characters lose 1000 power, and Rush lets him attack at once.
