Team Rocket's Meowth (Meowth's Party CD 1999)

About this card

Kunihiko Yuyama, who directs the animated series and the films, took the illustration credit, and he has Meowth grinning mid pounce out of a magenta starburst. The Japanese printing alone carries a clause under the name stating that the card cannot evolve into Persian. Its single attack flips one coin for every Pokemon on the table and deals ten damage a head, then turns the tails straight back on Meowth at the same rate.
