Jigglypuff (Easily Understand How to Play Pokemon Cards 1996)

About this card

The fence behind Jigglypuff is a stave of music, its lines green and sprouting leaves, and every note standing on it is a wooden head with a pair of eyes. Keiji Kinebuchi built the picture in early three dimensional rendering, the same technique behind several of his Base Set cards, which is why the surfaces look moulded rather than painted. The card says Jigglypuff draws you in with those large round eyes before the singing starts, and the notes have borrowed them.
