About this product
The Japanese release came with the second Pokémon film on July 17, 1999, in two decorated promo folders of nine cards each, Tropical Island and Rainbow Island. Three-card box sets covering a single region of either island were sold as well, and the Japanese cards carry neither numbers nor rarity symbols.
